K2’s subsidiary Eneron will be revealing RAAD, the next generation of Fire Command Vehicles built with the ADCDA’s needs on mind. The vehicle will be showcased in GITEX 2025 for the first time in ADCDA’s booth.
RAAD is a one of its kind 4×4 fire-fighting vehicle with command-center capability, off-road prowess, and advanced situational intelligence in one modular platform. It empowers the ADCDA with real time operational oversight that can make a real difference in critical incidents. It also helps fire officers coordinate complex operational efforts ranging from fires, hazardous material events to large scale rescue operations.
Two drone canisters are mounted above the rear fenders, each containing a surveillance drone with fire suppressant materials that can contain or extinguish fires, especially helpful in the initial stages. They also provide live feeds and thermal imaging to support firefighting efforts.
“Within minutes, the commander can begin directing personnel deployment, resource allocation, and inter-agency coordination assuring that when firefighting assets reach the site, they operate under a clear, pre-established tactical plan. From within the secure, climate-controlled interior of the RAAD, the leadership team remains connected, protected, and in full control of the mission,” said K2
“The rear of the vehicle houses a four-legged robot that can navigate hazardous or confined areas for search and inspection, making sure the space is safe for fire fighting officers to get into.”
Aside from the drone and the robot, the vehicle is also equipped with an AI that can process complex sensor data, voice commands, and video streams to aid the fire fighting command in mission-critical decisions.

RAAD Specs
The RAAD is a 4×4 all-terrain vehicle that makes no compromises — combining raw power with remarkable efficiency. At its core is a proprietary high-performance Hybrid Range range-extender powertrain with 800V electric-drive architecture, delivering power to the wheels through its quad-electric motors (totaling 800 kW or 1,072 HP) — two per axle.
Energy for the electric motors comes from an 83-kWh usable battery pack, which is recharged by a compact 137 kW (184 HP) thermal engine. This engine operates strictly as a generator, running at optimal RPM to maximize electricity production. With a peak torque of 1,560 Nm, the RAAD can reach a top speed of 150 km/h. It offers an impressive maximum range of 900 km in Range Extender mode (at 60 km/h on asphalt) and 160 km in full electric mode, when the thermal engine is disengaged.
